As the main SPOC for EMEA Emerging Cluster at the Demand Center, I have the following responsibilities:
1) Analysis of marketing campaign data requirements from all Emerging Marketing Units (MU)
2) Ensuring that campaign data list pulls are executed according to the business standards and best practices and that lists are delivered according to the agreed upon SLAs
3) Coordinate and follow up on the creation of master data records in the CRM and Celsius Online systems.
4) Supervise the creation of activities, leads and work lists (call lists) in CRM and Celsius Online.
5) Ensure that operative resources in the EMEA back office adhere to the EMEA business rules which apply to creating and maintaining master data records in CRM and related systems.
6) Constant communication with all stakeholders involved to ensure that a common understanding data related business rules are maintained.
7) Documentation of work instructions for all processes and workflows related to data management in the CRM, Celsius Online, CAR and related systems.
As the main SPOC for Nurturing Data Execution at the Demand Center, I supported the EMEA nurturing program team in the following aspects:
1) Analysis of nurturing data requirements defined in nurturing universe definition documents.
2) Identify relevant views and fields in nurturing databases to be included in the campaign data lists
3) Coordinate and follow up on the list pulls of the nurturing data by the Back office, ensuring that the requirements and defined criteria are followed.
4) Documentation of nurturing data related processes and workflows and briefing of the Campaign Excution Managers on these.
5) Ensure that nurturing campaign data lists are delivered according to the SLAs.
As a working student, I supported the 3rd Party consultants in the following areas:
1) Analysis of user requirements
2) Data Migration from old to new system
3) DataQuality Assurance - before migration
4) Generation of MS SQL based Ad Hoc Reports
5) Analysis of SQL database tables and update of table relationships and creation of views
CodX PostOffice is a modular ERP system consisting of software and hardware components designed for the optimal support of the operative and administrative processes and workflows of a mail service provider. The modules implemented in the TNT project included:
1) Collection of dispatch data
2) Sorting machines
3) Order processing and invoicing
4) Customer Relationship module
5) Partner Exchange Module
1) Analysis and elicitation of system requirements
2) Design and implementation of the User Interface classes in Swing
3) Binding the database classess and objects to the GUI objects
4) Documentation of the classes and relationships
5) Presentation of results to other groups of students and the Prefessor and Team.
