  • With a MSc. in Business Information Systems, I offer solid academic credentials as well as industry experience gained from internships and projects at SAP AG Walldorf, TNT Post Holdings, Logica and Visible Internet Marketing. Responsibilities included database marketing, CRM data process optimization, BI report generation, the migration of data between Enterprise Resource Planning Systems as well as the generation of SQL-based ad hoc reports to support business processes and management’s decision-making.
  • As Database Marketing Manager at the SAP EMEA Demand Center for over 2 years, I have supported SAP marketing to develop prospect data related services required for campaign management to enable demand generation. Such include target group/audience segmentation and list generation from SAP CRM and related Customer Data systems, activity and lead management, CRM account and contact person master data maintenance, nurturing data execution as well as Event data processing.
  • I also contributed to the conception, development and documentation of marketing data management processes and coordinated, as team lead of up to 20 Back office and Near Shore Data specialists, the implementation of these data services. SAP marketing continues to rely on these processes and services to enable its campaign execution processes at the EMEA demand Center.
  • As the Single Point of Contact for SAP global and regional Event Data management at the demand Center, I analyzed, designed and developed BI reports, dashboards (Xcelsius) to report and demonstrate the key performance aspects of events data execution at the demand center.
  • In my current role as Strategy, Planning and Performance Specialist at SAP, I offer a more business oriented contribution to both marketing and Sales.  Deliverables include amongst others, SAP CRM master data quality monitoring, provision of basic input on strategic and operational objectives by evaluating areas such as operational and data processes and performance, assisting with the establishment of relevant marketing and sales data operations metrics and KPIs and assisting in the collaboration with marketing operations on requirements for reports, tools, process and data model changes to improve both marketing and sales performance.

  • Strong experience in using SAP CRM and related customer data systems such as Segment Builder, OneOrder Online Report, SAP GUI and ABAP reports.
  • Strong capabilities in conceiving, designing Database Marketing processes and services.
  • Strong business analytics and reporting skills – designing and modeling reports and Dashboards. Ability to identify key figures, variables and dimensions to be used in data models for reporting. Therefore experience in using SAP reporting tools such as BI reports, Web Intelligence reports, BO Explorer, BO Dashboard Design (Xcelsius).
  • Theoretical and business knowledge of SAP's innovative solutions such as SAP HANA, SAP 360 Customer and CRM on HANA.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with diverse and disparate teams given the cross LoB background I have acquired through my past and present roles in multinational teams.
  • Strong intercultural competence gained through experiences in dealing with different cultures by living and working in different countries.
  • Communication skills in the English, German and French languages.
